Rishabh Soraya Elected President, Naredco NextGen (West)

Rishabh Soraya, Founder, Mumbai-based Siroya Group , has been unanimously elected as the new president of Naredco West, NextGen- the youth wing of the apex body of real estate developers.

NextGen strives to create an environment where youth in the real estate sector can come together to share experiences, harness their skills, draw on their resources and  influence and grow  to bring out a deep-rooted impact.

A Bachelor of Business Administration from the UAE with focus on management information systems, Rishabh , with his astute drive has achieved remarkable milestones and has steered several landmark residential and commercial projects in India and international markets.

Mohit Malhotra, former MD & CEO of Godrej Properties Limited , has founded a residential platform – NeoLiv.. This foremost residential realty platform  will include both a fund management business and a development business to ensure complete  ownership from capital to customer.

An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management , Kolkata, Mohit has 20 years of industry experience , having worked with key organisations like Unilever, A.T Kearney, Unitech, Redevco PE Fund. He last served as MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.

This end-to-end real estate platform of global institutional standards  will be creating best of class  middle-income communities  in the top 4 metros in India.

Welspun Corp Appoints Kumar Priyaranjan as CHRO

Welspun Corporation, a  flagship of the Welspun Group, has appointed Kumar Priyaranjan as its Chief Human Resource Officer .

A science and law graduate with a PG diploma in industrial relations and personnel management , Priyaranjan comes with 30 years experience across multiple industries , including hospitality, transport, pharmaceuticals, engineering and consulting. He has experience in managing diversity and driving sustainabe people strategies .

Priyaranjan in his new role, will be responsible for creating a culture of  talent management based on competency, drive and intention and leadership development , with a focus on creating a ‘One Welspun’ culture by integrating the company’s vision of diversity, equity  and inclusion.
