Unispace Appoints Paul Saville -King as New Group CEO

Unispace, a global leader in integrated workplace strategy, design and construction, has announced the appointment of Paul Saville-King as Group Chief Executive Officer,
Paul joins from CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, where he held a series of senior executive roles, most recently as Chief Product Officer of Global Workplace Solutions and previously as Global President of Project Management. In these roles, he led more than 10,000 professionals globally and served as Chief Transition Officer for CBRE’s strategic investment in Turner & Townsend. Earlier in his career, Paul served on the board of Norland Managed Services for ten years and spent seventeen years in technical operations and leadership roles with Honeywell.

In his role as Group CEO, Paul will focus on strengthening Unispace’s integrated global delivery model, deepening sector partnerships, and supporting clients as they navigate changing real estate conditions across global markets. 

Deepak Haldar Named CEO of Sarvottam India

Sarvottam India appointed Deepak Halder as its Chief Executive Officer. With over 23 years of diverse industry experience including nearly two decades in real estate, sector, Halder brings deep strategic expertise and leadership accumen to the organization. 

Having worked wth reputed real estate developers including Bestech Group, Paras Buildtech, Hero Realty, ATS Infrastructure Limited, Haldar has played a pivotal role in driving strategic expansion, brand positioning, large-scale project launches, and revenue acceleration across both residential and commercial portfolios. Halder brings a distinctive blend of brand building expertise and real estate leadership.

In his new role at Sarvottam India, Halder will focus on innovation-led development, sustainable expansion , and delivering enhanced long-term value to customers, partners and stakeholders. 

Bharat Bhushan Bhatia is Chief Sales Officer,Emaar India 

Emaar India has announced the appointment of Bharat Bhushan Bhatia as its new Chief Sales Officer. This key appointment has been made to strengthen the leadership team. It has come at a time when the company has emarked on expanding its residential and commercial portfolio.

CBRE’s Leadership Appointment For Hotels & Hospitality 

CBRE has named Nikhil Shah as Senior Executive Director, Hotels & Hospitality, Capital Markets, India. Based in Mumbai, he will focus on enhancing transaction execution in India’s hotels and hospitality sector., advise clients on investment opportunities and support operational scale-up for hotel portfolios.

Shah brings with him 20 years of experience across hospitality investment and transaction advisory, with expertise spanning banking, private equity, and capital raising. The appointment reflects CBRE’s commitment to growing the hotels and hospitality business across the APAC region and Nikhil with his vast experience is expected to enhance collaboration between CBRE’s Capital Market team in India and the broader Hotel’s team, ensuring seamless execution and client support across the region.
