YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has come up with a residential group housing scheme and a separate scheme of allotment of corporate office plots through E-auction.
Under the residential group housing plot scheme, a total of 19 plots are up for bidding. The plot sizes include 11513 sqm, 12141 sqm, 16188 sqm, 20235 sqm, 24282 sqm, 45731 sqm, 47754 sqm. These plots are adjacent to Yamuna Expressway and opposite Formula1MotoGP Track. Close to Noida International Airport Jewar and near International Film City, the other highlights of the location of plots include Medical Devices Park, Dedicated MSME Handicraft and Toy Park. The rate of allotment of residential plots range from Rs 32375 to Rs 33993 to Rs 35612 per sqm. The scheme closes on 30 August and the E-auction will take place on September 30, 2024.
YEIDA has also invited bids for corporate office plots in Sector 22 E. There are a total of 15 plots with a 1000 sqm area of each plot. The revised price of plots is Rs . 25000000 These plots are at a prime location with world class amenities around. These commercial plots are adjacent to Yamuna Expressway and the proposed Eastern Peripheral Expressway. The location is also close to Noida International Airport and International Film City. The other highlights of close by amenities include F-1 MotoGP Track, Electronic Manufacturing Cluster and a Dedicated MSME , Apparel, Handicraft and Toy Park.
The YEIDA scheme closes on August 9 2024 The qualified bidders will be intimated on 30 August and the E-Auction will be held on 6 September 2024.
