Yugen Infra has introduced two projects at its premier township Yugen Golf City, near Goa’s MOPA International Airport, and has also named cricket icon Gary Kirsten — who led India to World Cup victory in 2011 — as its strategic partner for their Cricket Villa project and dual-path residential school at the township.

The strategic advisory role for the project will be filled by Russel Symcox from GK Investments and Gary Kirsten. The partnership between Gary Kirsten and Yugen Infra will result in developing 30 exclusive Cricket-Front Villas which will represent India’s unique sports culture while providing unmatched luxury living standards.

The second project unveiled on the evening was the True North International School, an Asia-first residential institution that aims to educate future leaders through a blend of world-class education and elite-level sports training.

Developed in association with the True North Group, the school will be designed across 10 acres of greenery, providing a dual-track form of education that facilitates the well-being of its students. This visionary institution is set to seamlessly combine world-class academics with elite mentorship in chess, cricket, and other competitive sports
