ONE Group, a leading North India real estate developer, has received a Supplementary Agreement adding 4.38 acres to its flagship 150+ acre mega housing project, ONE City Hamlet, spanning Sectors 86, 98, 99, and 105 in S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). The expanded footprint strengthens the project’s master plan, offering development potential of around 10 lakh sq.ft and a revenue opportunity of ₹600 crore.

The supplementary approval further strengthens the project’s master development plan and consolidates ONE Group’s land holdings in one of Mohali’s most prime locations. The expanded footprint enables the Group to launch new phases and future developments under its mega project framework, with 3 projects already in the pipeline for the coming year. The additional area offers a development potential of approximately 10 lac square feet of built-up development, with a revenue potential of Rs. 600 crores.
