Truliv launches India’s largest purpose-built co-living project in Chennai

Truliv has unveiled Truliv Hercules—India’s largest and first fully built-to-suit co-living development—featuring 728 beds across 14 floors in Chennai’s OMR corridor. Spanning 1.39 lakh sq ft and developed under the company’s Build–Sell–Lease–Operate (BSLO) model, the project marks a major milestone for the country’s fast-growing co-living sector. India’s co-living market is set to boom, expected to grow at an annual rate of over 15% by 2027.
