Elan Group has awarded an ₹840 crore construction contract to Tata Projects for Elan The Statement, its recently-launched ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 49, Gurugram. The move comes amid strong market response to the development and underscores Elan Group’s ₹1,600-crore investment plan for the nearly six-acre project, which aims to redefine high-end residential living in one of Gurugram’s most sought-after micro-markets.

With a planned investment of approximately Rs 1600 crore, Elan The Statement is being developed across nearly 6 acres in a well-established and rapidly evolving residential corridor. The project further consolidates Elan Group’s growing footprint in the ultra-luxury housing segment and adds a landmark residential address to its premium portfolio in Sector 49, Gurugram. The development comprises 5 elegantly designed towers, offering ultra-spacious residences with super area ranging from approximately 4285 sq. ft. to 7270 sq. ft.

Each home features a two-residences-per-core configuration with a private lift lobby, refined interior specifications and a strong emphasis on privacy and exclusivity.
