Jade County, a premium residential project located at Wave City on NH-24, has taken a significant step forward with the completion of its Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, formally marking the commencement of construction. The ceremony was conducted with traditional rituals and Vedic chants, led by Director Amit Modi, in the presence of senior company officials, associates, and invited guests.
The management stated that Jade County will be developed as a modern residential project offering contemporary amenities, a well-planned layout, and a secure living environment. The project is positioned to add a new dimension to the residential landscape of the region while offering homebuyers an elevated lifestyle experience.
At the time of its launch, Jade County had already created a strong market impact by registering record-breaking sales. In Phase 1 alone, all units worth over ₹1,600 crore were sold within just seven days. This swift response highlighted the growing demand for premium housing along the NH-24 and Wave City corridor, which is rapidly emerging as a preferred real estate destination.
The project is being developed by County Group, a leading developer in the NCR region. Spread across 13.33 acres, the land for the project was acquired for approximately ₹400 crore. The first phase will see the development of around 1.5 million sq ft, comprising five premium high-rise towers ranging from 27 to 31 storeys. Overall, the project will feature nearly 3 million sq ft of saleable area, developed with an investment of approximately ₹1,800 crore. Deliveries are planned to commence from 2030.

Commenting on the milestone, Director Amit Modi said that Jade County aims to set a new benchmark in high-rise premium living. He noted that the strong response to the project reflects a clear shift in buyer preference towards larger and more premium homes. The project has been planned with a focus on superior design, strong construction quality, and a strategic location.
Located on NH-24, the project offers seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. Infrastructure developments such as the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport have further enhanced the region’s accessibility and appeal.

With the Bhoomi Pujan completed, Jade County has now officially entered the construction phase, reinforcing its intent to establish a strong presence in the premium housing segment along NH-24.
