      Navi Mumbai is set for another major infrastructure-led transformation as the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has invited bids for Phase 1 of its ambitious 925-acre Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) at Pushpak Node near Chirle village.

      Strategically located close to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, Jawaharlal Nehru Port, and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, the mega project is expected to emerge as one of India’s largest future logistics and warehousing hubs, attracting major investments from logistics operators, e-commerce firms, warehousing companies, and industrial players.

      Phase 1 Development Begins at Pushpak Node

      CIDCO has officially invited bids for the first phase of the project, covering nearly 174 acres across 12 plots near Chirle village. The development forms part of the larger 925-acre Integrated Logistics Park planned in Navi Mumbai.
