Ashwinder R Singh Reappointed as Chairman, CII Real Estate Committee

Ashwinder R Singh, a prominent leader in real estate and urban development and Vice Chairman of BCD Group, has been reappointed as the Chairman of CII Real Estate Committee (Northern region) for the 2026-27 term.

Ashwinder brings with him over two and a half decades of leadership experience across institutional capital, housing finance, proptech and integrated urban development in organizations like JLL, Anarock, Bhartiya Urban, Bajaj Housing, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank. Apart from his industry leadership roles, he serves on multiple advisory boards across real estate, finance, media and technology. He is advisor to NAR-India and Mentor at Earth Fund, a Brigade Group and Gruhas backed venture platform focused on Protech, sustainability and urban Tech innovation.

As Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee (Northern Region), Ashwinder will continue working closely with policymakers, developers, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders to strengthen sectoral collaboration and contribute to the next phase of India’s urban and economic development.
