VTP Realty, Pune’s leading real estate brand and one of India’s fastest-growing real estate companies, has been recognized with the prestigious Smart Fire & Security Award in the Residential category at the Fire & Integrated Security Technology (FIST) Awards 2026 for its residential projects VTP Aethereus and VTP Sierra in Pune. The award was presented recently at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, recognizing the company’s focus on safety, security and technology-led residential development.

The award recognizes the projects’ adoption of smart fire and security solutions, reflecting VTP Realty’s approach to integrating safety and security into the planning and execution of its residential developments.

The FIST Awards, an annual industry recognition initiative by the Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI) in association with NOVA Exhibitions & Conferences, marked its 10th edition this year. The awards recognize organizations and individuals for their contributions to fire safety, security, firefighting, emergency response and technology-led innovations across sectors.
