Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde has announced an investment of approximately ₹80 crore to develop Concorde Sienna, a premium residential project located on Hennur Road in North Bengaluru. Spread across a 3-acre land parcel, the project will have a development potential of approximately 4.5 lakh sq. ft. and is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹500 crore.

Designed as a high-rise residential development, Concorde Sienna will comprise 260 premium apartments across G+28 floors, with homes ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 1,870 sq. ft. The project has been planned with 75% open spaces, creating a balance between built-up areas and landscaped outdoor environments. The development will also feature a 10,000 sq. ft. Evolve Clubhouse, offering residents a range of recreational, fitness and community-oriented amenities.

The architectural identity of Concorde Sienna draws inspiration from European design, incorporating elements such as Juliet balconies and classical architectural detailing. The homes and common spaces have been conceptualised around efficient planning, generous layouts, natural ventilation and abundant daylight, complemented by premium specifications.
