Former Managing Director & CEO of Godrej Properties, Mohit Malhotra has founded a new residential platform -NeoLiv.

NeoLiv will cater to both fund management business and development business to ensure complete ownership from capital to customer. The new residential platform is aimed at providing joyful experiences by creating the best middle-income communities to live in, in the top 4 metros in India. NeoLiv will be an end-to-end real estate platform to global institutional standards with special attention to ESG.

An MBA from the Institute of Management, Kolkata, Mohit had worked with leading organizations including Unilever, A.T Kearney, Unitech, and Redevco (Private Equity) before joining Godrej Properties in 2010. He is credited with building  Godrej Properties as a market leader with an 18 X jump in sales during his 12 years tenure.

Sahil Kapoor is Director, Delhi-NCR, Keller Williams

Sahil Kapoor has joined Keller Williams(KW), one of the world’s largest real estate brokerage companies as its Director Delhi NCR.

KW Delhi NCR will be working with all the top developers across the Delhi NCR region and helping people buy and invest in the best residential and commercial developments. Under Sahil Kapoor, KW Delhi-NCR is currently building a team of more than 100 real estate professionals to raise the bar in terms of service standards offered to customers.

In his previous assignment, Sahil worked as a National Head for 360 Realtors and as a Director of Sales and Marketing for RE/MAX India. He has also been an active member and served as a governing body member for APP (Association of Property Professionals-Delhi NCR) which is a Delhi-NCR chapter for the National Association of Realtors (NAR-India)

Hiranandani Group has elevated Ritika Shah to the position of Assistant Vice President. An experienced communication professional with over 15 years of experience, she will be responsible for public relations, social media, content development and management, leadership development, team management, corporate and public affairs, media management, digital marketing, reputation  and crisis management.

Prior to this new responsibility, Ritika occupied the post of GM of Corporate Communications, handling public relations, social media, ORM, and digital marketing.
