The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch a premium housing scheme under which 250 residential plots under HIG, MIG, LIg, SFS 2 and EHS categories will be on offer in different locations, along with garage spaces. 

As many as 39 HIG flats costing Rs 1.6 crore -Rs 2.5 crore, will be up for grabs in Vasant Kunj, Sector 19B Dwarka and Pocket 9B Jasola.48 MIG flats priced at Rs 60 lakh-1.5 crore, will be up for sale in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka and Pitampura. In Rohini , 22 LIG flats priced at Rs 39 lakh-Rs 1 crore will be put up for sale. In SFS-2 category, there are only 2 flats in Sector 18 Rohini and Shalimar Bagh, costing Rs 90 lakh to over Rs 1 crore.  66 flats under EHScategory with a price tag of Rs 38.7 lakh will be available in Pocket 9 Nasirpur Dwarka. These flats will be alloted through e-auction.  It may be mentioned that in May this year DDA had launched Apna Ghar Awas Scheme under which 7500 residential units were offered under HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS categories
