Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Gipson Paul as Managing Director, Hyderabad.In this role, Gipson will lead the firm’s Hyderabad business, with responsibility for driving growth across service lines, strengthening client engagement, advancing strategic initiatives, and further enhancing Cushman & Wakefield’s position in one of India’s most important commercial real estate markets.

A seasoned real estate leader, Gipson brings 25 years of experience in the sector. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with occupiers, developers, investors and public sector stakeholders, helping shape business growth and market development across Hyderabad. He has also played a key role in building and scaling teams, developing client relationships and expanding service offerings across multiple business lines.

Since Hyderabad is one of the most important growth markets in India for Cushman & Wakefield, Gipson  with his  deep market expertise, exceptional client and developer relationships, and a strong track record of building high-performing teams, is expected to  play a significant role in driving C&W growth ambitions in the region.

Amit Parsuramka is CEO, Bhumika Realty

Bhumika Realty has appointed Amit Parsuramka as Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Sidharth Katyal who stepped down for personal reasons. He will lead the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on execution, customer experience and sustainable value creation.

An MBA in Marketing with a diploma in Software Technology, Parsuramka brings over 25 years of senior leadership   experience in real estate investments and consumer businesses. He has previously served as CEO at Abhinandan Lodha Ventures (HoABL) and Bonito Designs, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, President, Tomorrow Capital, an Investment Fund at Lodha Ventures and President Sales at Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers).
