Table Space, one of India’s leading flexible workspace providers specializing in enterprise managed offices, has announced a strategic expansion of its Hyderabad portfolio, adding ~5,00,000 sq. ft. of managed office space across HITEC City and Kokapet.

The expansion is anchored by a landmark deal of ~4,00,000 sq. ft. at Grava Business Park, one of the city’s most prominent next-generation business destinations. The area at Grava Business Park spans Towers 10 and 20 in Neopolis, Kokapet district, an emerging commercial hub. The development, which is targeting LEED and IGBC Platinum certifications, offers seamless connectivity via the Nehru Outer Ring Road and proximity to a planned metro corridor.

At Grava Business Park, Table Space will deliver enterprise-grade Custom-Built Managed Workspaces and eady-To-Moven Suites, further strengthening its footprint in one of Hyderabad’s fastest-growing office markets.

Commenting on this deal, Harini Adidam, Associate Executive Director Sales – Hyderabad, Table Space, “Key micromarkets such as HITEC City and the emerging Neopolis corridor are witnessing strong enterprise demand. Our continued expansion in the corridor, which includes the landmark take-up at Grava Business Park, one of our largest managed workspace transactions, strengthens our ability to support enterprises looking to strategically scale in Hyderabad’s emerging markets.”

Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer, Table Space, said, “Hyderabad continues to deliver on core GCC priorities – scalability, cost efficiency, access to skilled talent, and pro-business policies. As organizations continue to establish and expand their presence in the city, demand persists for flexible and agile, enterprise-grade workplace solutions across prime commercial corridors. This momentum aligns with Table Space’s broader growth across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, underscoring our strategy of early identification of high-growth micro-markets and scaled investment in premium Grade A assets to fuel sustained success.”

In Hyderabad, Table Space has also expanded its footprint in the HITEC City — one of India’s most mature and high-demand technology& GCC micro-markets, with ~50,000 sq. ft. at K. Raheja Mindspace IT Park near the Raidurg Metro Station, and ~48,000 sq. ft. at the LEED Platinum-certified Aparna Technopolis near the HITEC City Metro Station. Together, the centers offer Custom-Built Managed Worskpaces, Ready-To-Move-In Suites, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and dedicated meeting, training, and collaboration spaces.

HITEC City has evolved into one of India’s most dynamic enterprise ecosystems and continues to attract strong demand from technology companies and GCCs due to its dense enterprise ecosystem, strong social and transit infrastructure, access to deep talent pools, and concentration of Grade A commercial developments.

Table Space is seeing robust GCC demand across BFSI, technology, life sciences, and emerging AI-led sectors. This expansion reinforces Hyderabad’s status as a top GCC hub, holding 20–23% of India’s market share in BFSI and analytics (JLL’s India GCC Guide 2026). The city’s portfolio already hosts diverse enterprise clients, including global tech firms and Big Four consultancies as well as fintechs, BFSI players, and life sciences entrants.

As Hyderabad gains prominence, Table Space scales across India’s prime office hubs. The company stands out with its flexible model of short lock-ins paired with premium Grade A specs and services that drive repeat business through operational consistency, design uniformity, and multi-city scalability.
