Smartworld Developers has entered the Noida market with a major expansion move, acquiring a 6-acre land parcel in Sector 98 along the Noida Expressway for ₹414 crore. The Gurugram-based real estate firm plans a large mixed-use project with branded residences, high-street retail and serviced homes, marking a significant milestone in its NCR growth strategy.
The upcoming mixed-use development will comprise premium, branded residences, high-street retail, and serviced homes. The estimated sale value of the development is over Rs. 3,000 crores. The project is expected to generate employment opportunities for over 2,500 individuals during its development and operational phases.
